Annelies de Ridder returns with a very particular edition of Uamou “Briganti”! This set of Pirates is distinguished by their custom-made costumes made from Vlisco Wax Fabric also knows as “Wax Hollandais” featuring bright yellow and orange overtones. The golden rings on their ears represent an old custom where pirates would pay for their own graves with the gold they carried on their person.

You can find the Uamou “Brigantine” in our Online Store, however the lovers are on display in our Atelier Shop until at least September 1oth (Sun) . Please note that if the set gets purchased it will be send out on September 11th (Mon) at the earliest.

カスタマイズを手がけた彼女とともに海を渡ってきた”Briganti(ブリガンティ)”は、オランダのVlisco Wax Fabric製布地を使用しており、
誇らしげに身につけた数々の戦利品とともに、明るい黄色やオレンジがひときわ目を引きます。
彼らの耳に輝く金環は、海賊たちがその命を終えたとき、仲間に自身の亡骸を墓地まで運んでもらうための代価として金の指輪を肌身離さず持っていた、という海賊の古の習慣を再現するものです。
ビッグウアモウ”Briganti”は本日より、2017年9月10日(日)まで、スタジオ ウアモウ店舗にて展示いたします。30cmのビッグウアモウを用いることでこそ可能になった、細部までこだわり尽くしたCavalieriとのコラボ新作「BRIGANTI(ブリガンティ)」セットは、正真正銘の一点物です！
