STUDIO UAMOU TERMS & CONDITIONS
Paying via Paypal :
We only accept payments in Japanese yen. If you need help converting Japanese yen to your local currency we recommend using a currency converter like xe.com for current day currency conversion.
Shipping Cost :
We charge a fixed rate of 1500 yen for shipping worldwide.
Delivery :
All our items are sent via JP POST (Japan’s official postal service).
We ask the customer kindly to allow up to 10 days for their order to be processed.
Returns :
Customers will have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us via e-mail regarding defective or damaged items. If an items is determined to be broken or incomplete, we will do our very best to replace damaged items at the customer’s request.
All figures that are produced by STUDIO UAMOU are made in Japan utilising traditional soft vinyl manufacturing techniques and in many cases are further customised by hand. Because of our manufacturing process, especially the hand-painted line of products, each single figure comes with slightly different imperfections and unintended variations. These imperfections will not be regarded as defective or damaged since they are a part of how we create our products. We ask the customer kindly to be aware and accept these imperfections before making any purchase with Studio Uamou.
Refunds will only be issued when all items are returned to us. The shipping fee required for sending items back to us will not be reimbursed.
We ask the customer to understand that we do not accept any returns on T shirts and other types of clothing.

返品・交換について
商品の品質については万全を期しておりますが、万一不良品が届いた場合や間違った商品が届いた場合には、商品を良品と交換させていただきます。
ソフビフィギュアの商品につきまして、特に彩色などのカスタムを施してある商品につきましては、
手作りのため、１点１点の商品に違いがあり、全てにおいて完璧ではないことをご了承ください。
また、Tシャツなどの衣類につきましては、未開封の場合でも、返品・交換に応じかねることをご了承ください。
返品は商品受け取り後、7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。お客様のご都合による返品（イメージ違い、注文違い等）は承っておりません。予めご了承ください。
