The SOGNI STRANI exhibition started officially on friday but we really kicked things off yesterday night during the opening party of the exhibition at Gallery VOILLD.
We would like to thank legendary Rock Band WASUREGATAKI for rocking out at the event, the awesome staff at GALLERY VOILLD for setting up the operation and the staff of Bar & Restaurant Boo for their exquisite catering. But most of all we would like to thank everybody who has joined us in our celebration and we truly hope you had a wonderful time : )
This week we will explore the immense body of work that is featured on the exhibition and we start today with a look at the elegant VOILLD UAMOU. This limited edition run of clear type Uamou have been painted solid black from the inside. Each figure has been decorated with different templates leaving parts of the head and body unpainted. The colourful triangle shapes in combination with the black finish commemorates our collaboration with Gallery VOILLD and will therefore have a special place in our hearts.
