The invigorating flower-scented Bath Salt Uamou made it’s debut at the Bath Time Uamou Exhibition at Nehan tokyo earlier this month. Now we are able to offer this cute little Uamou to our visitors and customers abroad!
Founded in 1599 in Tokushima prefecture, Umai Kasei is Japan’s No. 1 magnesium sulfate manufacturer. In collaboration with their Tokyo based Concept store “Nehan Tokyo” we have created a pot-bellied Uamou rendered from incense and flower-scented epsom salt providing a relaxing and revitalising bath time experience. The Unique Uamou bath salt was produced through Nehan Tokyo’s Art Bomb project. Their Art bomb series of bath salt products is based on the concept of “fusion between Art and Product’ and continues to invite artists from Japan’s Pop Culture scene to create original sculpts for their epson salt based bath products.

Instructions
Prepare a hot bath (about 180 to 200 liters) and place a single Bath Salt Uamou in the hot water. Once the Bath salt is completely melted stir well and enjoy your bath!
Ingredients
Sulfuric acid, Magnesium Sulfate, sodium hydrogencarbonate, glycerin, flower fragrance.
Bathing salt based on Tokushima Epsom salt as a main ingredient.
The Bath Salt Uamou is a cosmetic bathing product and is clinically proven to help moisturize and adjust the PH balance of the skin.

【硫酸マグネシウムについて】
主成分の硫酸マグネシウムは欧米ではエプソムソルトと呼ばれ、欧米では古くからバスソルトとして広く普及しております。硫酸マグネシウムの持つ温熱効果により体を芯から温め、うちみなどの痛みを和らげる効果が期待されています。また、マグネシウム塩が皮膚表面のタンパク質と結合することにより膜を形成、この膜が熱の放出を防ぎ入浴後の保温効果があると言われています。最近では、ハリウッドセレブが美容のために利用していることでも話題となり、 多くの美容家やセレブリティに新入浴美容法として注目されています。
