TOKYO Marché @ NAGOYA MITSUKOSHI
The Taste of Tokyo now!
Bringing together the taste of well-established Chefs de Cuisine and the taste of Tokyo Fashion, starting tomorrow the Mitsukoshi Department store at Sakae in Nagoya is having their second Tokyo Marché event! Mainly to promote Tokyo based fashion designers and creators, Tokyo Marché transforms a part of the department store into a fun bazaar where you can tickle your palate with a variety of gourmet foods and shop for specialty items designed and produced by Tokyo’s avant-garde.
Studio Uamou will participate for the first time and apart from putting our usual items on display we have produced a limited edition series of “Lacquer Accessories Uamou” in collaboration with Tomoe studio, which can only be obtained during the Tokyo Marché event. If you are in Nagoya come drop by and be amazed by the many wonders of Tokyo craftsmanship! See the bottom of this post for a list of participating artists and studios!
