We would like to take this opportunity in advance to thank everybody who has come to visit us at the “Return to Galaxy” exhibition at Paradise Toy Gallery.

We are very happy that so many of you came to visit us at the opening night and many more came to attend the live-painting session and Minoru’s mask-making demonstration. Thank you for the many gifts and words of encouragement, it means a lot and we hope to continue to bring you joy with the work that we do.

Today we would like to give a closer look at the painted works Ayako Takagi has created for the exhibition. Uamou might look tiny when set in space but if you look closer the space within Uamou is eternally more vast. Uamou, Boo, Tetra, Bastard and even Mr. Dump make appearances in this enchanting series set to colourful celestial bodies.

Hosted at the Paradise Toy Gallery in Taipei, “Return to Galaxy” exhibits the combined works of father and daughter. Continuing the theme of the previously released “Guide to Galaxy”, Ayako Takagi has created a body of works consisting out of a collection of painted works and customised figures that will accompany more than a hundred masked Uamou, hand-made by Minoru Takagi.
