今年も『2k540ファンファーレ』の開催が決定！
5月26日(金)・27日(土)・28日(日)の会期中、STUDIO UAMOU店舗は通常通り営業いたしますが、
並行して2k540イベントスペースにてUAMOUの試作品や非売品などのスペシャル販売会を行います。
ご案内方法は各日以下の通りです。
26日：終日事前抽選予約制
27日：終日フリー入場制
28日：11:00 – 15:59 事前抽選予約制 /16:00 – 19:00 フリー入場制
事前抽選予約をご希望のお客様は以下の【応募方法】と【注意事項】をよくお読みのうえ、ご応募ください。
フリー入場のお時間であっても、状況により現地にて整理券を配布させていただく場合がございます。
【応募方法】
メールでのみ承ります。
件名には スペシャル販売会2023 とご入力ください。
本文には申込者の ①お名前 ②お住まいの都道府県 ③ご来場可能日 ④同行者の有無とお名前 を明記の上、apply@uamou.com 宛にお申し込みください。

【注意事項】
1件のメールにつき、申込者1名と同行者1名の最大2名様までご応募可能です。
ご応募は1名様につき一度までとさせていただきます。
・申込者として応募された場合、同行者としてのご応募はできません。
・同行者として応募された場合、申込者としてのご応募はできません。
複数回ご応募されますと全てのご応募が無効となりますのでご注意ください。
申込者と同行者はいずれも高校生以上が対象となります。
中学生以下のお子様とご来場希望の方はご応募の際に上記①〜④に続く⑤として、該当されるお子様の人数と年齢をお書き添えください。
①お名前について
会場にて写真付き身分証明書によるご本人確認を行います。身分証明書と同じお名前と表記にてご応募ください。
②お住まいの都道府県について
同行者が申込者と異なる都道府県にお住まいの場合には、本項にて併記をお願いいたします。
③ご来場可能日について
当選された場合にご来場いただける日程について、『26日のみ』『28日のみ』『両日』の中から選択しご記入ください。お時間帯はご指定いただけません。
『両日』を選ばれますと当選確率は上がりますが、2枠以上当選することはございません。
④同行者の有無とお名前について
同行者の方につきましても、会場にて写真付き身分証明書によるご本人確認を行います。身分証明書と同じお名前と表記にてご応募ください。

抽選結果は全ての方にお送りいたします。

目玉商品は、26日(金)と28日(日)の開始時刻に品揃えのバランスを調整いたします。

SPECIAL SALES IN 2K540!
On the last weekend of this month, we will be holding a special sales event at 2k540 to sell UAMOU’s prototypes and items that have been released years ago or are even not for sale! To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, reservations will be made by lottery for admission on certain dates and times.
26th: all day by reservation only
27th: free admission all-day
28th: by reservation only until 15:59 / 16:00 – 19:00 by free admission
If you would like to come on the date and time marked in red above, please read the following “How to Apply” and “Notes” carefully and apply. Please note that numbered tickets may be distributed on-site to ease congestion even during free admission time.

We will only accept applications by e-mail.
Please enter “fanfare 2023” in the subject line.
Please send your application to apply@uamou.com with the following information in the body of the message: (1) your name, (2)where you live (the prefecture or the country), (3) the date(s) you can come, and (4) the name of your companion (if you have).

[Notes]
Each e-mail can be submitted by one applicant and one accompanying person, up to two people.
Only one application per person will be accepted.
-If you apply as an applicant, you cannot apply as an accompanying person.
-If you apply as an accompanying person, you cannot apply as an applicant.
Please note that if you apply more than once, all your applications will be invalidated.
The applicant or the accompanying person must be a high school student or older. If you would like to bring children under junior high school age or younger, please indicate the number of children and their names as (5).
(1) About your name
We will verify your identity at the venue with a photo ID. Please use the same name and notation as on your ID.
(2) About the prefecture or country.
If the accompanying person is a resident of a different prefecture or country than the applicant, please indicate this in this section.
(3) About the date(s)
Please let us know the dates you will be able to attend the event if you win the lottery from the following options: 26 only, 28 only, or both, and fill in the form.
Please note that you cannot specify a time slot.
If you enter more than one date, your chances of winning will increase, but you will not win for more than one slot.
(4) About the name of your companion
We will also verify the person’s identity at the venue with a photo ID. Please use the same name and notation as on your ID.
No additions or changes to any of the sections will be accepted after your application has been submitted.

◆About the lottery results
We will send the lottery results to all applicants.

◆Others
The balance of the assortment of featured products will be adjusted at the start times of the first and last day.
There will be a limit to the number of purchases per person and item.
Attendance at the sales event for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
