DRAGON UAMOU & DINO FOR 2024!
In 2024, the Chinese zodiac sign will be the Dragon. Unlike in European folklore, where dragons are often seen as evil creatures bringing disaster, in the oriental culture they are considered auspicious and are depicted as guardians of natural elements. Also, eastern dragons are different from western dragons because they don’t have wings but can float in the air magically!
This year, UAMOU and Dino UAMOU have transformed into oriental dragons. The artist, Ayako Takagi, hand-painted their golden antlers, dignified eyebrows, and gently curved beards. Their bellies are a matching sand beige, and the dorsal spikes, unique to Dino UAMOU, are finished in gold.
Sales will begin at STUDIO UAMOU from 11:00 on December 24th, and at the UAMOU ONLINE SHOP from 13:00 on the same day. Even if the product is temporarily out of stock, we plan to produce additional items as soon as possible in 2024.
