Studio Uamou returns to Toy Art Gallery !
This January, get in touch with your inner animal at Toy Art Gallery’s Feminamorphe Show located at TAG’s showroom and gallery in Hollywood, California.
Tag has invited a group of female artists to create work inspired on the feminine traits that can be found in the animal kingdom. Ayako Takagi’s work will be exposed alongside the works of Candie Bolton, Japaneze Baby, Okokume, Tasha Zimich and Teresa Chiba. With this kind of line-up visitors can be sure to expect a wild trip of beauty and savage elegance.
We have created a limited run of “New Wave Leopard” Uamou sofubi (Uamou, boo and Fortune Uamou) to be featured on the show. This series of GID Uamou feature a hand-painted leopard pattern in bright and showy colours and the series will be accompanied by a slightly larger run of “New Wave Matte” coloured bastards.
